Chan TaiJin Birthday Celebration 2007
On the 1st day of Chinese 10 th Moon, our kongsi will celebrate the Birthday of our Patron Saint : Chan Hoo Tai Jin.This is the main altar erected on the roof top of our Kongsi building.
Before the puppet show starts, there will be "ho siew". The purpose of this 'ho siew' is to let our Patron Saint select the title of the puppet show for that day.
Chan Hoo Tai Jin Birthday celebration always ends with a dinner at one of the restaurants.
This year again , we are at the Chinese restaurant in Cititel Hotel, Penang Road.
